We guarantee not to pass your details on to any third party, with the exception of tour operators, who are provided with the information necessary to book the holiday.
Privacy Policy
The customer is advised that the information they provide as part of the contractual relationship (in particular name and address) will be automatically saved, gathered, processed and used by ferien.de, in so far as is necessary for the creation, structuring or alteration of the contractual relationship (§ 5 TDDSG und § 15 Abs. MDStV). Furthermore, the customer is advised that bondtravel gathers, processes and utilises user and billing data in accordance with § 6 para. 1 and para. 4 of the TDDSG. This data is not passed on to a third party, with the exception of tour operators, who are provided with the information necessary to book the holiday. Data gathered and saved in relation to the newsletter, call-back service or contact form is only used to support and carry out the service for which it was gathered and can be deleted upon request. Customers wishing to have the information deleted should send a written or electronic deletion request to bondtravel.

Payment
Travel documents will only be delivered upon receipt of payment. Payment can be made by invoice (postal transfer) or by credit card.
Deadline for Payment
All flight tickets and last minute holidays must be paid for immediately (within 7 days). In cases where the payment is not received within this period, bondtravel.com reserves the right to issue a fee.
Delivery of Tickets
Where possible, flight tickets are issued in the form of an "e-ticket" (electronic ticket). In cases where the customer explicitly wants a paper ticket, even when an e-ticket is available, an additional fee of Fr. 50.- to Fr. 80.- per ticket will be charged (price depends on the airline). Paper tickets will either be posted using next day delivery or left at the counter of the relevant airline. All tickets are issued immediately.
Flight Cancellations and Changes
Flight tickets are always subject to particular conditions regarding cancellations and changes to flights. Depending on the flight tariff, fees of up to 100 % of the ticket price can be charged. This is particularly relevant in the cases of budget flights, flights within Europe and domestic flights.
In case of cancellation, the airline will charge between 30 and 100 % of the ticket price. In addition, we charge a cancellation fee of CHF 80.- (80 €) per ticket (not covered by insurance for cancellation fees).
Please be aware that in the case of a cancellation bondtravel will not make the refund until the money has been returned by the airline. This generally takes between 2 and 4 weeks, but can, with some airlines, take several months.
Insurance
The aforementioned costs can be avoided by taking out a travel cancellation expenses insurance policy. This does however only cover costs in cases where you cannot travel due to illness or accident, either to yourself or to someone close to you. We would be happy to provide you with further information regarding various insurance policies.
Liability
By making a written registration via the internet, or registering by telephone, you give bondtravel the express order to make the booking with the airline or tour operator. Rights and obligations for both you and bondtravel arise from this placement of order. bondtravel acts only as a mediator between the client and the airline or tour operator. In accordance with this, a transport contract is formed between the person travelling and the airline. Any charges made due to non-compliance with this contract should be taken up directly with the airline or tour operator. Flight plans remain subject to change at any time and without prior notice.
Travel Documents/Immunisations
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that they possess all the necessary travel documents (passport, in some cases visa) in order to be admitted into the country to which they are travelling. The country's consular body in your area will be able to provide the necessary information. Similarly it is the customer's responsibility to find out about the recommended and necessary immunisations. Information about immunisations can be found at www.safetravel.ch or from your local doctor.
